In a bowl, mix together the flour and the eggs.
Gradually add the almond milk, while whisking. Finally add the vanilla extract.
Cover the bowl and leave to rest at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
Put some butter in a pan and put it on medium heat. Pour one ladle of batter in it while making circles using your other hand, to spread the batter on the pan. Once the edges of the crepes start to brown, turn it over (1 to 2 minutes per face). There you are! Bon appétit!
