PUFF PASTRY CROISSANTS WITH HAM AND CREAM CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 egg
  • Provence herbs

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Unroll the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese all over the surface. Cut into 16 triangles.

  • Step 2:

    Cut the ham into 16 pieces. Place a piece on each end of the triangles. Sprinkle with Provence herbs.

  • Step 3:

    Roll each triangle starting from the base to the tip.

  • Step 4:

    Press the ends inward to give them the shape of a croissant.

  • Step 5:

    Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush them with beaten egg. This step will ensure the croissants come out golden from the oven. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
