HOW TO MAKE 'JAMMIEST SOFT BOILED EGGS EVER' WITH MIND-BLOWING AIR FRYER METHOD

Eggs are so good for you, and they can be made in so many different ways - but if you like your eggs jammy, look no further, as one woman has the perfect hack.

How do you like your eggs in the morning? Boiled? Fried? Jammy fresh out of the air fryer? If you gave the last answer, then you're in for a treat. Air fryers have made all our lives so much easier as you can just bung stuff in there and hope for the best - and it usually comes out super tasty. And this hack is no different.

Humaira, who posts on Instagram as @hhfitness.uk, captioned her video: "I can't get enough of how life-changing this hack is and how much I use it pretty much daily." In the clip, she suggested putting "two eggs in the air fryer at 180 degrees for seven minutes", and then plunging them into " a cold ice bath for at least two or three minutes".

Air fryers can be purchased from various retailers, including Amazon and Lakeland, and can be bought for as cheaply as £23.99, depending on your needs.

She said that once the eggs have been peeled, you'll get the "jammiest most amazing soft-boiled eggs", and she said it was the "perfect air fryer hack that you need in your life".

In the comments, people were sceptical that the eggs didn't look boiled, with some even pointing out that if you pop them in a "pan of boiling water for four minutes" and then put them into the cold water, you'll have the same result. But others defended the eggs, saying that the yolks looked another level of "jammy".

Someone said: "Or just boil your eggs for 4 minutes and save yourself £100 by not having to buy another kitchen gadget that you'll never use", but people were quick to defend the air fryer, writing: "I have one and use it all the time. It's amazing for roast pork. Perfect crackling and tender meat. Great for all cuts of meat to be honest."
